His whole practice went MIA after he left for medical reasons. There has been absolutely no communication to his clients explaining what’s happening or how to move forward. No answer, no call back. I’m weeks over my prescription refill. The lack of negligence is unbelievable. Now I have to start from scratch with a new doctor. I can’t even request my medical records! I’m beyond livid.
I’m not sure what is going on in this office, BUT you won’t answer the phone, last time I spoke to your front desk I was told that the doctor was no longer there and ALL patients were to find a new doctor. No notice, no one was referred to call on and now I find out, you are by law required to inform a patient, they have 90 days to find a new physician. I started seeing one of the PA’s at this clinic around the time the pandemic started. Everything was good in the beginning and very profession. Around the beginning of 2021 things began to go down hill. I could not for the life of me get the office assistants to update my insurance (my company changed carriers in January) I called them multiple time and even sent around three emails with my new information.
