Our appointment was for 10 am. We arrived at 9:45am. There was no one elese there. We were called back at 10:10am and saw PA student, then sat in small waiting room until 11am when I finally asked why we hadn't seen the doc yet. I was told it would be another 10-15 min, then watched as they took someone who showed up 45 min after we did, into his office. There was no acknowledgment of our frustration or any kind of appology for our wait. We never did seed the doc and had to leave.
All staff has been wonderful. We have been seeing doctors and counselors here for months. Have yet to have a bad experience. My daughter is benefiting greatly from services provided to her and staff seems genuinely concerned about her well being. The pharmacy staff is awesome and professional. Aside from the drive (we live in Moore) this office has given us hope and solutions to some difficult situations.
I was not impressed! Had a 1245 appointment and arrived at 1220. It took Dr. Lyndse Ashley 1 hour and 10 minutes to call me back to her office. When she came to get me from the waiting room, she didn't even wait on me. Instead, she turned and darted off down the hall So fast I didn't even know where she went! When I finally did find her, she interviewed me for less than five minutes, gave me a prescription, and told me she wanted to see me in March. Don't waste your money. Worst 50 I've ever spe
