Dr. Syed is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is always courteous, goes extra mile to help patients. Very knowledgeable and caring. I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone.
I am a new patient and I am not having a good experience. My first visit was about 90 days ago for a physical. I called to get a refill for my blood pressure med, but the staff is telling me that each time I need a refill, I must get a check up and blood work. That's nonsense! They wont let me talk to the doctor. I have not been able to get a return call or email from the doctor or office manager. I have never experienced anything like this.
