Dr. Thomson performed ankle reconstruction surgery to repair stretched ligaments. He was very sure to get all information about what my goals were (I love to trail run, hike, and cycle). He explained (in terms someone who IS NOT a doctor can understand) the procedure and what to expect with regard to recovery. His demeanor is terrific, very personable, likable fellow. I would (and have) recommend him and his terrific staff to anyone.
Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Thomson. Went in with destroyed ankle that no drs in my area were willing to operate. Dr Thomson stepped up to the plate and did a fantastic job. He was worried that damage was so sever I'd have to limp for the rest of my life. Being 25 years old that's not what you want to hear. But three surgeries later and some physical therapy I regained full range of motion in my ankle. And was walking as if the accident never happened. He cares about his patient
Dr. Thomson is an excellent doctor with a wonderful bed side manner. I had an emergency situation arise with my foot due to an infection. Dr. Thomson wasn't even on call that weekend but came in and treated my foot. He scheduled surgery immediately and was there with me before surgery. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Thomson or thank him enough for saving my foot!
With ongoing conditions related to diabetes, Dr. Thomson has provided EXCELLENT consultation and detailed explanations prior to moving forward with lifesaving surgeries. HIs staff is excellent providing timely follow-ups to phone calls or e-mails. Wait time is minimal with most times ahead of schedule. We value Dr Thomson's expertise and dedicated bedside manner. When he moved from one facility to another, we sought him out. We recommend Dr. Thomson to others who need exceptional health care.
