Normally I do not write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so. I received "Amazing" customer experience from my order taken and delivered by LEA!!! Lea, "THANK YOU!!!" for your kindness and your professionalism. I've been in the customer service industry for over 30 plus years (no need to provide titles.. ). I'm "Thankful" for Lea assisting me this evening!!!!
Delivery times are consistently terrible, it shouldn't take over an hour to deliver something from three blocks away. This driver hasn't even arrived yet.
Ordered 2 hours ago. I have tried contacting the store with no answer. I have tried contacting orderup, no answer. I want my money back. Its almost midnight and i have to work in the morning. I will go through every means possible to get my money back on this order since you failed miserably. I know you will blame the order up driver, but it doesn't matter to me at this point....you contracted a service that failed and you have to be responsible for it.

I have NEVER ate here so I can't comment on the food!! But WHAT THE FUCK (excuse my language) you damn people keep coming to my house at 2am with delivery!!!!! We don't order here!! Ugggggghhhhh!! Get your damn addresses right before you come pounding on someones door!!!!!!!!!!!! We have babies that you wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! next time you wake my kids up I'm gonna punch you!!!!!!!!
Driver came at 3:20, wasn't expecting then to deliver when I put in my order. Sorry driver! Enjoy the tip!!!
I watched as three people who ordered after me get there food before and then I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. All because it was on top of the oven that no one bothered to look at that. And then when I got my food I did not even get a single "sorry." Really? And I called ahead wtf.
Hands down they are the fucking shit hell ya
