I called this company to rent a scissor lift, and as I was going through the process, I was texting back-and-forth with one of their employees for the rental process. She told me in a text that my order would not be complete unless I provide my drivers license to verify The order. Prior to doing that it was decided we were not gonna do the rental so I messaged her that we were going to not go ahead and to please cancel this order, this was minutes later. Supplier for DOZR - they are not paying the invoices for months. And I am trying to reach the AP department for the last month and it’s impossible. They are either on vacation or elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I have a Production Company rented from them. A lift never got delivered. Had nine guys waiting on the job site. They are a total scam not picking up the phone but the money they took right away now we’ll have to deal with them to dispute.
