Very unorganized! Save yourself some time and rent from another vendor. Received very poor communication, the dozr rep could not guarantee when the delivery would be made. When they finally confirmed the delivery they were almost 2 hours late due to preparing the equipment for delivery. I originally scheduled my rentals for 3/9 and did not receive the my rentals until 3/11.
Very shady company. Bad experience. Will definitely be reading reviews before moving forward with any company from now on.
I wanted to rent my equipment. Never heard back. I read online this company went bankrupt at the end of 2025. They couldn't pay their debts. The assets were acquired by a shady company. Reading the reviews, It is just a money grab at this point.
I would give zero stars if possible.....DO NOT USE this company, they are very shady. I set up a rental for a lift on Friday, they quoted me a price and they charged my card for it. They call me the morning it was supposed to be delivered and said it was no longer available and quoted me another price that was double. I was in a bind and did not have time to shop around or I would have been paying for labor on the job and no lift. The unit would not hold a charge and they sent someone out to service it. DO NOT USE. Every bad review you see here is completely accurate. This company is the definition of bait and switch with some of the worst communication I have ever experienced. Their prices look cheap up front, but you will pay for it in stress, delays, and unreliable service. Save yourself the headache and rent from a reputable local business instead. Spend the extra few hundred dollars to guarantee you actually get the equipment you booked and don’t end up scrambling at the last minute. Stay far away from this place.
