As a health care provider myself, I was impressed on my first visit how friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced Dr. Botes was; more so than any dentist I remember. This showed when he educated me and answered my questions. The staff, Margie at front desk and dental assistant Marci were also friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
