We are so happy with our new bike that we got through Willamette. A HUGE shout out to Lorianne in finance that made it all come together. She really went the extra mile because she could tell how much we wanted the bike. She is an asset to the dealership and we will continue to travel from out of town to buy from Willamette!
The service department has exceptional technicians with a keen eye for possible ride interruptions later. They are kind without being patronizing. I make this a regular stop as I travel across the continent. This is my 14th “ocean to ocean ride”. They remember me and that is important. You can stop by and not feel pressured by the family of employees. Stop by and prove my point

EDIT: The owner, mechanics and sales team has reached out in light of this and are working effortlessly to make it right. We appreciate Bob the owners for his honestly and handling of this situation. We are closer to having a safe bike and fixing our relationship with Harley. I didn’t want to make a review but after our most recent issue I’m officially in awe of how bad this transaction has gone. great service friendly people and fairly priced and they didn't even try to upsell me
We took our bike and the service was great. Brought it in for a tire change and they noticed and fixed the shocks that were on wrong. Other dealerships missed it.
