Just purchased a 2014 cvo Ultra. Everyone I dealt with from the owner, to the sales staff, the service department, the parts department, and the documents department was pretty seamless. They made everything easy and understandable. They set up the Bluetooth, ordered a few extra goodies I wanted, and explained stuff I wasn’t familiar with. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I just bought my first Harley today and the experience of doing it was smooth and hassle free, everyone here was very helpful, and they were all extremely welcoming. Especially after I rang that bell!!!
I went there to an event that was going on but I walked in the store to look around the entire staff is very friendly and willing to help me. Absolutely a nice place to go I have bought things here before and I love the place
Everyone was very helpful the moment I walked in the door. The first person wanted to direct me where I needed to go. The parts counter helped me pick out grips based on my needs. The service department giggled at me when I asked what the chances were of getting the new grips installed right then, but still asked one of the mechanics if it was possible, and it was!!
