Bought a used car that included a tire replacement program if scheduled oil changes were performed by dealer. I complied with the oil change program, and as winter approached the tire tread was worn, but they said not enough to replace. So I bought winter tires and asked them to switch tires for the winter. They must of thought my "summer" tires were worn out and threw them away, but would not honor the tire replacement program. You be the judge. Was that ethical?
