Bob Johnson gave me the run around on fixing my key fabs for my Chevy Trax. Called Doyle and the service department worked on the key fabs in less than a day. Also had to bring vehicle in for collision work and Brian Nudd and his team were awesome. Brian gave me all the info I needed before dropping my Trax off and they had it done in 7 days. The work they did is beautiful. Looks better than when I first purchased the vehicle. Great customer service and great work done.
I went into Doyle to look for a new lease as I had one expiring. The salesman I spoke to was so dishonest with me. He didnt think I noticed while we were talking but I did and knew what he was doing and i didnt appreciate it, everything I inquired about regarding rebates I was entitled to i was told didnt apply or was already applied to the price before i walked through the door?. Everything i was told was wrong and was righted by another GM dealer. Dont go here unless you want lies spit at you
I recently purchased a Cross Trek from the folks at Doyle. I was 100% happy with the sales people and the tech that explained the features on the car. This is my 3rd Subaru that I have purchased from Doyle and I have always been extremely satisfied with their service, thus my return to buy another. Although completely happy with the previous 2 Foresters, I am delighted with the Cross Trek. I found that my needs had changed, and I no longer need the larger size. What a great experience we had at Doyle Subaru. Paul Switzer was our sales person and was great. He answered all of my many questions. I had recently totaled my car and Paul willingly offered to drive the Subaru to I could see and feel what it was like. After receiving confirmation that my other car was totaled I called Paul and he did everything in a day so that I could get out it the rental car and into my 2019 Subaru Forester.
