My wifes oxygen concentrator malfunctioned I called Kathy at 4:25 pm and they close at 4:30. She waited for me to get there after hours to pick up a different concentrator. Thank you Kathy

Not helpful. Had a million reasons why they couldn't and wouldn't help and more how their outrageously expensive way would be better.
