So, we bought a house without conducting hiring a surveyor and OF COURSE we have a neighbor encroaching on our property. Since I only needed one point of the property staked out (as the other four were marked), I called Doyle Land Surveying and spoke with a nice lady who told me the fee was $100 per hour, and for what I needed, we'd probably pay around $150.
