The house was listed at a time when the housing market was very slow. The house was listed at a competitive price and was sold within three weeks. The follow up that Judy and Chad did was exceptional. I was out of town and they helped out in every detail to insure the closing went off on time and without a hitch. I have sold other houses and have never had the exceptional service that they provided. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
Judy and Chad were very helpful in finding my family and I a great home. If it wasn't for them, we never would have even known about this house and got such a great deal.
