I honestly don't believe my home would have sold nearly as fast if it hadn't been for Chad's efforts. My home went under contract within 24 hours. He always took the time to explain anything I didn't know. I met with a realtor prior to him that wanted me to list my home for $17,000 less than the price it sold for. Judy made sure all documents were sent in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone looking or selling a home. 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough!
