Car came out half washed. There wasn't even soap applied to my car at all. Not sure if it was because it was busy, but I'm very disappointed. Paid for a $12 wash and it just got sprayed with water. I have pictures but can't post them on here.
Great car wash, when not busy. I've been coming here for years. Today I found out that during a busy time, don't go. Had a car roll into me while in the wash. Wasn't happy about it and then I had to drive out of the wash and wasn't able to blow off the car. Spend $18 and didn't even get it dry. Luckily no damage to vehicles but water spots now.
It's was very nice of you to give a free car wash to Veterans on Veteran's Day. We appreciated it. Thank you very much! �
Great service....and the couple of times I did have a problem..they corrected right away..5 stars all day long
It's quick and easy. And you can't beat the price.
I love the doggie wash,but the little dog dryer blows cool air, it's not very warm. Other than that, love it!
Oh my gosh!! The Downtowner Car Wash Express on Pine Island Rd is amazing!! I drove to the east coast 2 times last week and my car was covered in bugs. I went thru the car wash. A man was waiting for me & said, "we want to make sure we got all the bugs off your car." He checked & said, "we want to run it through again. Do u have time for that?" Wow!!! Excellent Customer Service!!!
