Took my truck there today and the driver side got ask scratched up! I do not have a cheap paint job on my truck! Will not be taking any of my vehicles there!
I was involved in a 5 car bumper incident today. All though no cars had any damage we were treated very poorly by your "manager" Thomas. As he was explaining how the car wash works and could not have happened unless "user error" extremely unprofessional. I will not be there again. He Thomas needs some customer service training!!!
We love the puppy wash it's clean, and we love to sing to the music while having our spa day! We did have a situation when the equipment malfunctioned but they resolved the problem immediately and credited me back with a voucher. Thank you Downtowner Express!
