Just went through and got the best package for $20 and still had to come home and hit the whole car with spray detailer. Spots all over the car still and pollen too that it didn’t get off. Barely even got the wheels cleaned. This was my first time back in a long while but I’m very unhappy. Left a scratch and weird mark on my quarter panel too. Don’t think I’ll be going back

I take both our cars and our dog here. They are always more than helpful and courteous. I just went for a quick wash today and they asked if I had time to go through again because they noticed my rims were still dirty while I was vacuuming my car. Honestly, I probably would’ve never noticed that myself. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank Kenton and Marcus for taking prompt and professional care to the problem I had at the car wash on Pine Island Rd a few weeks ago. They referred me to the car wash on DelPrado to fix the problem. Thank you Eddie the manager for the prompt service. Everyone at both car washes were very professional and friendly. I bought a fast pass from Downtowner Car wash, which entitles you for $19.99 a month unlimited washes. one particular day I went and had my vehicle washed. Later that day it rained. So I went back that afternoon because now my vehicle was dirty from the rain and was told I could not use the car wash twice in one day. At each location they have signs everywhere that say wash as much as you want! I think this company fails to understand the term " unlimited"!
good wash,friendly and helpful staff. fair price. free vacuum. the drying could be better however. have to spend around 15 minutes on that.
Pulled in with pu that was totally violated by luv bugs!! 3 attends ore washed before going in. Came out sparkling clean again!!! Thank you guys
I LOVE this car wash! The attendants actually prewash your car of anything that the wash won’t remove before it goes into the tunnel. It’s fast and ... voila! I have a clean car. I got this car wash at half price when I paid for the full wash last time. Great value!
