Plenty of space, machines, and towels.
This facility is the best in middle Tennessee!
Recently had all of my possessions stolen out of a locked locker in the mens room, along with 4 others on the same day. Management has been less than helpful.
Pool is very small and lots of old guys in speedos. Just sayin.

Meters are void before 8am and after 6pm. Free all day Sunday. -WE MUST UNITE AGAINST PAYING FOR GYM PARKING! :)
The Zumba class with Kim it's awesome and super fun
Don't hog the machines or other pieces of workout equipment, especially during peak hours!
This place is too busy after 4 pm. You have to park in an inconvenient back lot, beg for a treadmill and play hide and seek for an open locker!
