It was the first time getting Momo groomed. She is almost 4 months old now and I am a first time pet owner! I was so nervous to get her groomed because I was indecisive about how I wanted her to look, but most importantly that she would be treated nicely. I felt confident about Downtown Woody's, not too crowded and they treated my dog like if it was there own. Everyone must go here! P.s. I was a walk in too!!!

Larissa spent a lot of time asking about my preferences for grooming and followed through to give my dog the best trim she's ever had. I was thrilled with my pup's new hairdo. Larissa and the other groomers seem to really understand the individual dogs and are sensitive to their personality quirks. I think my dog enjoyed her visit. We'll be returning to Downtown Woody's for future grooming sessions.

Franklin absolutely loves Larissa! She has truly mastered her craft. I don't have to give her long, specific directions. All I request is for her to make him look cute, and she always does!

Found my groomer Susan there and we felt so welcomed and on top of that my tea cup was so happy when I arrived to pick him up. Friendly staff and obviously dog lovers they loved my dog as much as he loved them. Thank you for taking such great care of wiz today.

I couldn't happier to have found DTWGS. From the moment you walk in they put both your mind and your pets mind at ease. Their genuine interest in both your needs and the needs of your pet is so refreshing. This is our second visit and just when I thought I couldn't be more impressed, they proved me wrong. The attention to detail and personalized touches on each of my pups is amazing. I would highly recommend DTWGS the next time your fur baby is in need of a grooming.
