Wow, I can’t believe how many times I’ve called this place exactly when their phones come on at 8:30, waited for 1.5-2hrs only to be told to call another clinic or next day. I’ve been at this clinic since they opened. They have my records as that’s where they were automatically sent when the clinic on Yates closed, and it’s the one place to tell other doctors/specialists and the hospitals where to send my records since I haven’t had a doctor from 2018. Had a very bad lung infection possibly complicating treatments for other serious issues I'm dealing with. The staff triaged me and got me in asap. After listening to my lungs and checking my stats and history, the Dr started me on medication immediately. In just 1 day I am well on the road to recovery - and should be ok when the other challenges come. In very grateful for the excellent treatment I received.

Worst care in the city! Rude MOA & nurses.
Called at 8:30am and the reception lady was rude, she asked me my symptoms and then said that ‘oh every body has that problem’. She intentionally let me feel that I shouldn’t bother a doctor to check my health. Then she told me that she will put me in a triage list. Later I got a call from Peninsula After Hours care to ask me to go there to check, that is close to the airport, I’m in downtown.
