Reallt disappointed with how I was treated this week at Toyota Oakland by Darren Fang in the service department. Waited several hours on two different days just to have a tire put on to replace a spare. So many issues with communication and was told a lie that an air compressor was broken and that was why I couldn't get a new tire. After waiting almost 2 more hours, they returned my car to me with the spare still on--what!? Finally I got upset, and within 2 mins someone came and manually jacked up my car and replaced the tir... read more
