Your employees either stole items from my car while it was being repaired or, through negligence, allowed them to be stolen by others. This is outrageous!!!
This dealership was very unprofessional. I waited a long time just to get into the gate to look at the car I wanted to see and once I did, the salesman wasn’t very knowledgeable about the car or the price itself, he didn’t help at all. The actual manager of the dealership was rude and unprofessional beyond words, he was disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Instead of making a sale on a car, he chose to be rude. We found the car we wanted online. We called and got pricing, then double checked the price before we drive the hour and 1/2 to buy it. We were told the price plus tax, license, and smog. Well when we go to do the paperwork, and they said the amount of the monthly payments, they had an extra $2400 charge that they couldn't explain plus a $1500 charge for LoJack. Excuse me? We don't want LoJack. They refused to take it off, so we walked out. (Keep in mind, their wholesale cost for Lo Jack is between low tho mid $200.)
This place is a joke. Anything they tell you doesn't mean anything unless it's in writing. They make you to sign the paperwork that you weren’t agree with, they are such a big ��. They will lie and cheat you if you let them. I signed the paperwork without printed. When I got home I read and found out that they add 15 more payments without my consent, when I came back to the store in the next day to cancel it, they just treated us as a shit and kicked us out of the store. Best experience ever buying a car! Live in NY, bought a car for a relative in CA over the phone. Shout out to Jeff W. who treated me fairly "not like a woman buying a car 😉". Got a great deal for a reasonable price. Just cannot say enough nice things about him.
