I usually don't go downtown, the parking is horrible and over priced. We did.the food truck fair and listened to some street performers, was very pleasant.
The Trouchlight parade was going on and had people running back and forth while there was gaps. The police wasn't doin anything bout it.
I enjoy Downtown Spokane.. There is so much to do and see.. I don't get there much but always enjoy when I do get the opportunity
