I LOVE DOWNTOWN, I have lived in Spokane on & off throughout my life time & it is magical downtown. Back in the day it was the hub of all things & we dressed up to go downtown to shop & eat,we also had all of our doctors & dental appointments downtown. Christmastime downtown was so fun,I have fond memories. After years of neglect it is being built back up,I live in Country Homes Wa & make weekly trips down to be part of the amazing vibe & feel. Stayed at Best Western downtown. People in the area were all very friendly and helpful. City was surprisingly easy to navigate. There is a few derelict buildings in the area but nothing too horrible. Wish I had more time to explore
Down town Spokane is amazingly beautiful with a mixture of old and new architecture.
Pig Out in the Park! Too much fun!
A real good selection of shops and restaurants. the car show there at the end of july on riverside is excellent.
