I live 4 miles from downtown and commute by public transit. Riverfront Park is my favorite place to hang out and enjoy the day.The Spokane River Centennial Trail goes through the park and I can ride my bicycle east all the way to Idaho State line. Mornings usually find me getting coffee @ ATTICUS Coffee and Gifts followed by an hour or so at the city library.

Enough of a big city to enjoy and small enough to get anywhere in 20-30 minutes. We enjoy Riverfront Park and go to the many events they hold throughout the year. We enjoy eating downtown, just tried Chronic Tacos for a quick yummy lunch and were very happy. Had dinner at PF Chang’s last week and it was great. All my travels here is where I always come back too for its rich fil... read more

It’s a dumpster fire. The dumpster on fire warms the homeless that plague each corner looking for a dollar. I mean holy crap, homeless everywhere. What is Spokane doing that invites so much pan handlers? Everytime I visit its great architecture and homeless. Seriously, it’s worse than Seattle sometimes. If Tacoma took a dump, it’s called Spokane. SpoCompton, Spokandyland.....oversized trailer park. What politics caused this mess?
