Taylor is FANTASTIC! Always a pleasure getting waxed here.... never thought I’d say wax & pleasure in the same sentence, but here we are. The staff is always excellent and accommodating. I highly recommend the sugaring wax hair removal. It’s all natural and way more painless than commercial wax. So if you made it to the end of this review and you are still looking for a sign try Downtown Smooth, then here it is! Try Downtown Smooth ;-)
They are absolutely amazing. Most definitely worth the money. They are super super polite and very caring. The facials and booty smoothie is absolutely amazing I highly recommend this. And Taylor was my spa treatment girl. I highly recommend her

I have been seeing Taylor now for 3 months to have my brows shaped and tinted and I cannot tell you how amazing the results have been! The waiting area is always clean, the reception staff is super friendly and the rooms are super calming. I look forward to my next appointment every time!

I really enjoyed my first experience here! I got the Brazilian/Bikini service. By my surprise they had a July special going on so that was even better & I added the Hydro-jelly mask after the service. I opted to get the sugar paste instead of wax (smart choice lol). I had Bri as my esthetician during my visit & she was AWESOME! I was a little nervous since she is the newest skin tech at the facility however her warm & welcoming disposition made things a breeze! I had my first Sugaring Brazilian with Taylor. She was amazing and Sugaring was definitely less irritating than hard wax. I also added the lavender mask after and it was calming and hydrating. The rest of the staff were super sweet and welcoming too!
