Great customer service, hospitality and skill. With a good amount of staff who know what their doing and can take care of your every need. From a specific hair style to massages, it doesn't get any better than this! I must mention Julie and and Johnny took very good care of me and to the owner Trankie for having such a great crew.
I have frequent trips to Phoenix and make sure I schedule them so I can get a cut from Melony. She never overcuts, always has ideas, and listens! I always leave happy with my haircut!

Kelley makes my hair look phenomenal!!! She takes the time to make your hair and eyebrows perfect. I drive out of my way to get my hair done with Kelley...... She also is extremely patient and wonderful to my two year old daughter when she is getting her hair cut too!!!!! Thanks Downtown Phoenix Salon!!!!!
