I have been a patient of Dr. Finnerty for 10+ years and I am always impressed and grateful for the kind, consistent service I recieve at Downtown Plaza Dental. Susan is a fabulous, knowledgeable hygienist and everyone at the front desk is always kind and helpful.

The emails and texts are helpful, but a bit overwhelming. Also, I received a text on Sunday to let me know that I had an appointment that day ... my appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9am.

I love both Drs. Michael and Jen Finerty. They are kind and I feel like they care about me and my family. However, the thing that keeps me coming is that I believe they are honest people. They never try to up-sell me or make up fake cavaties that need to be taken care of. When they give me guidance, I trust that it is a real need and not just a way for them to make extra money. They are also great with my kids. They love coming here even though its not a "kid dentist".
