Super disappointed been going here for many years! I brought my dog in today at her appointment time for 11:30am waited and waited had to finally call at 2:30pm they still had not done anything with her! I finally called again and they said they just got to her at 3pm and still only bathed her not even groomed her so unacceptable!! Why make an appointment! She is a 3 lbs how long does it take! I also has another incident with my other dog who got cut by the groomer and got a skin infection! I am very patient and overlooked it being an accident but now they are way understaffed...

great staff! food delivery, doggie drop offs, and #1 treatment all around for all downtown pets! they have a lot of services, supplies, and anything you need available. Ask them about it!!

I had been using another groomer for year but their service started sliding and ultimately they closed but not before my dog had a really negative experience that left her fearful of going to a groomer. Took me a long time to find another groomer that she was comfortable with but I finally gave Downtown Paws a chance. So glad I did. The groom knew my dog from the other shop (she had worked there but left for very good reasons). It was so touching to see my dog completely at ease with her and the whole process. She didn't want to run out of the building as soon as I arrived to get her. She looked amazing too! The groomer asked all the right questions of me and what I was expecting to get done. My dog is so happy, sassy and looking years younger (she's 11). I'm planning on taking my other dog in very soon too. Thank you, Downtown Paws!
