Went in to inquire about a cherry Cruz diesel and after test driving it noticed the air conditioner didn’t work. But the sales man assured that he would get it fixed if i bought the car. Besides that the car was fine. When i went in to negotiate for the car i was trying to pay for the car cash. Which is $9888. They came back with a price of over 14k. Which isn’t the problem. I appreciated the first class response and treatment given to me by the staff at this dealership! Marc the General Sales Manager, was nice and helped me by thoroughly answering all my questions. I'm a customer for life after My positive buying experience. I just recommended my daughter, to buy her next SUV at Downtown Motors too. They're centrally located, accessible from 91,60,10,210, and off the 10 fwy and Waterman but it's a little though to get to, but worth the couple extra u turns.
Dirty office. Terrible follow through and service. My first and lasting impression was that they really didn't care about selling cars. I drove an hour to see the car I was interested in. When I arrived I was told that the owner of the dealership had taken the car. I called a week later and it still wasn't back. The salespeople didn't call back and give an update or try to make arrangements. It makes you wonder about the quality of care they put into the cars they sell.

Dealer responded asked for credit application and down payment. Then never called texted or emailed me to come down to drive and eventually buy the car. Very disappointed in the Salemen. thats why car there 425+ days
Unprofessional establishment. Roger was the salesperson and he was rude and lacked over all knowledge of the vehicles that were on the lot. I brought to his attention that the vehicle I was interested in had bald tires that if sold in that condition posed a safety hazard. He advised its a used car lot and that was to be expected. Actually selling a vehicle known to be in unsafe working order is not to be expected. He may want to go back to salesperson 101 he was absent that day obliviously.
Bad customer service! Try to buy a truck and the salesperson after I ask him to stay at a specific number didn't listen to my request and kept me in the dark when it came down to negotiating the numbers for the purchase I was trying to make. Will never to business with this dealer
