Price listed is lower than price quoted. No response when I asked why. Did not like the overall experience. Would not purchase a vehicle from them.
Made an agreement... price suddenly changed. Agreed to dealer price, made shipping arrangements w/independent carrier, made arrangements w/Dodge dealership for vehicle inspection/test drive. Downtown motors then bumped price $1500, said they had installed anti- theft device. No Thanks, John
Mark was a friendly sales rep. Unfortunately, it wasn't the truck I was looking for. They did have a good selection and Mark was helpful.
Drove an hour in traffic to see a scratched truck, that wasn't visible in the pictures
I emailed them several times and received a automated response. Of course after two weeks of this the car became sold I had no chance to purchase .they would read not respond even after I gave them my phone number etc. Of course after it was sold they send me information to look to see if there’s anything else I would like. I feel they kept their add up after the car was sold for a long time just to keep receiving contacts from people. I’m deafly not impressed and will never contact them again.
Silver Ram RT was advertised at $21999. It was the only reason why I came to dealership cause of the sale price shown on their web page and Car Gurus. Was not too excited about the color. Once at Dealership and after test driving vehicle, I proceeded to do paperwork with Sales guy. Never did he or anyone else at Dealership advise me of price change for vehicle. I've tried contacting them several times and they just said fill out an online app .which I told them I did and they never responded again .I went to the dealer cause I really wanted the truck that they said had no known issues and when I got there the turbo waz sitting on the tailgate .when I asked what was wrong with it they couldn't tell me .seems like a shady dealer
Vehicle has check engine light on. Otherwise the salesman was helpful.
