Purchased a 2020 Mini Countryman at this dealership. IRAK was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable. He was very personable and far from the stereotypical salesman. No pressure. The transaction was seamless from sale, finance, to being handed the keys. I had racing stripes added to the bonnet so o couldn’t get the car until the next day. IRAK got management to hire an UBER to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. Now that’s customer service!
