Downtown Maid always provides excellent service for us. Even if one of the maids have an emergency, they communicated with us and their office and someone else was reassigned to provide service if at all possible. The condo is always sparkling when we return four hours later, SO NICE! And they will do "a little special" cleaning if time permits thank you girls

Wonderful Service to work with and very professional. Really appreciated the constant communication the day of the cleaning. I'll recommend them to anyone running a short term vacation rental!

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. After no one showing up at that time, I tried calling the company, send an email, messaged the number and no answer at all. At 10am someone showed up but still no one received my call. Apparently it was a 4 hour clean but when I came back at 12pm for lunch there was no one in my apartment ands still a lot to be done.
