Michael was fantastic in helping me get situated in a great loft in the Rowan building. He was honest and easy to work with, and he followed up with me about move-in issues related to the loft after I signed my lease.
I requested information about a few lofts over the phone and I was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did.
Michael is an exceptional realtor. All of the reservations I had about working with a realtor for our downtown loft rental (extra costs, unnecessary phone calls, scheduling) were not an issue at all!
