There are some people working here who are helpful and will do their best to assist you. Others are not helpful and use the fact that this is social services to justify not giving thier best effort. i asked for a list of Extensions to reach my team and recieved a response they didnt know thier own phone extension (this is false) or have a list. Always in meetings, meetings, and more meetings, and they don't call back. They call and say they'll call but they don't.
I’m really having trouble reaching any of the supervisors at this location. I’m grateful for the housing help and some of the help I’ve received: I’m having lots of issues contacting the office or speaking with anyone from my team (I’m on the red team) Could someone please reach out to me?
