Bill was fantastic. He made my experience comfortable. I’ve never sold jewelry before and had minimal knowledge, but he explained things to me as he went through the pieces I brought to him, I got to watch the process, and then he gave me suggestions for identifying things in the future. I’ve been there twice now and it’s been lovely. I highly recommend it.
