Sweetest people ever. Prices are insanely good for its quality. If you wanna stand out to your gf or any person special even a dude - honestly they have such a good variety. This is the place to go!

I was really impressed with the variety and freshness of flowers here! The staff was super helpful in picking out a beautiful bouquet for my friend’s birthday, and it ended up being a real showstopper. Definitely my go-to spot for flowers now!
1st time using Downtown Flowers and it definitely won’t be the last. We live out of state and ordered a BDay gift for our daughter who lives in DTLA. They were the 4th shop we called but the 1st place that personally answered the phone instead of an A.I. bot at the other places directing us to a website. The gentleman we spoke to answered all our questions and made the whole process easy. We got a text with a short video confirming the delivery was on time. Very pleased with the service we received from Downtown Flowers.
