RecommendedI spent 5 hours being treated for a kidney stone in the emergency room on Monday. As bad as I was feeling, I must say that the staff was courteous and efficient. Despite the fact that the place was hopping with patients, I never once felt neglected. Thanks to everyone involved ❤
If you go in expected wait time is ridiculous even for an ER. Seriously feels like a clinic in a 3rd world country. No rooms, people in hallways on a bed. Everyone can hear your medical issues which is a serious hippa violation. I came in with a PE and wasn’t seen by a doctor til hours later. Talking about waiting people coming in are going to be seen a week later.
I sat in the emergency room for an hour and a half after getting xrays on my neck which I injured today I am in extreme pain. I w went to the registration desk to tell them again how much pain I was in and to ask if they knew about how much longer I would be waiting only to get the answer " I have no idea" I am disgusted with the way in which people who are in need of immediate medical attention are treated. Better staffing. No patient care assistants/aides in IICU is a disgrace.

Their billing department is little to be desired. I had been informed today that I still owed a bill from 2017. I had asked for the bill to be moved to all the same account. Was confirmed in an email. To find out today they never did it. It is sad that nobody sees an issue with it in their own facility. My family loves their doctors but can’t worry that they will hold a bill for two years after they were to added it to a payment plan. Unfortunately looking for new doctors.
