AVOID. I have been coming to Family Health Centers for several years and after my experience today, I am finally calling it quits and seeing what other providers accept my insurance plan. This place is full of doctors that don’t listen, care, or provide meaningful solutions or services in any way. They are a great community service and I was glad to have them! I really 💕 Dr Hazelbaker. It's hard to get in when you need to. And they seem sometimes to mess up my payment methods and confuse and scare me but the care is great.
Go somewhere else
If you would like to go to a place where nurses and front desk staff judge you and spread negative narratives about you to the other staff so they can judge you just the same then this is the place for you. Which is unfortunate because the doctors seem very helpful. I'd rather die slowly than come back up here and be made fun of and treated less than a human being. I wish the best for them and thier patients. They may see this post and laugh but it's just a testament to their behavior. SMH
