Terrible customer service. Sat over an hour for my appointment (Scheduled last week) before finally leaving. Not a good way to do business.
Dr. Evans and her staff were amazing! I had got some chemicals in my eyes causing loss of vision. I was able to get in that day after explaining my situation. I was incredibly frightened, but dr. Evans made me feel at ease. She continued to monitor my eyes closely for several days explaining everything and answering any questions I had. I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Evans. Dr DenHartog is an excellent eye doctor and very thorough with her exams and treatment. Great communicator and cares about her patients.
Wonderful staff. Dr. DenHartog was thorough and has a holistic approach to eye care. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I've had contact issues for 2+ years and with her as my doctor I have a lot of hope in the solutions we are trying! So yes- she's willing to try different things to find the solution that works best for each person and is in it for the long run. Downtown Eye Care are conscious of budgets and try very hard to work within them for patients. Only good things to say.
I've been seeing Dr. DenHartog for years and highly recommend her!!! She's very professional, friendly, attentive and the best w/ fitting "difficult cases" for contact lenses.
