Savannah and Siena were lucky enough to live down the street from Dr Buchanan and his awesome staff at The Downtown Veterinarian. The relationship we developed, the service we received and the genuine care was second to none. We have been bringing our pets to the Downtown Veterinarian for years and could not be happier. There are many vets between the NE side where we live and this practice, but the compassion and care given at the Downtown Vet makes the drive more than worth it. The staff is warm and friendly and go above and beyond including Dr. Buchanan calling in the evening (on what should be his time), to follow up and make sure our furry family member is doing well. Dr. Wiggers and team took care of our Akita mix Cujo from 8 weeks old. Dr. Wiggers and her incredible staff were right there with us when she could no longer walk and stopped eating. Cujo died at 13 y/o surrounded by my husbsnd and I and her second family the incredible doctors and nurses at the Downtown Veterinarian. Dr. Wiggers also checked up on us the following week. The veterinarians are soooo living and caring with my dog. I am so glad I found them. They really care about the week being off your animals
I have never know such caring and professional veterinarians and staff. Dr. Buchanan lays a towel on the floor so he can get down on the floor with my Maddie to examine hers. They are awesome people!
