The office was clean, waiting room, as well as dental office. Hygienist was waiting for me which was great. All staff was in a positive, helpful mood which is how they always are on my visits.
Even though it had been a while since my last visit, everyone made me feel as though I was a valued patient, and treated me with courtesy and professionalism.
I LOVE Downtown Dentists! Dr. Albers, Dr. Lyons, and everyone on the staff do an excellent job, and they are always a pleasure to see. Plus, they are always on time. I highly recommend this practice!
