Love all of the people that work here! They are so friendly and I always recommend Dr. Southerland to everyone I know!
From arrival to departure, all dental office personnel/staff were professional and very friendly, and seemed genuinely interested my comfort and in keeping my business.
for the first time i don't hate coming to the dentist:)
Despite the distance my wife and I must travel to the office, and the difficult downtown parking, Dr. Sutherland, his associates, and excellent staff make it well worth the trip.
Susie took me in just minutes after I arrived. Betty is a good friend and I feel 100% confident in her hands. I did not have to settle the bill there. They submit to the insurer and a notice comes later with the balance to be paid.
I've been a patron of this office for many years and I have always been treated exceptionally well.
I very much appreciate Dr Sutherland's staff and Dr Lyons accommodating my tardiness with grace and forgiveness.
Always a pleasant experience.
