The competence of the administration in this office is lacking considerably. While I like my doctor and my hygienist, it is an absolute pain to get anything done. They are constantly losing my insurance information, don't answer the phone half the time, limited availability, and they're constantly trying to sell me Invisalign. To top of off i was advised to have my impacted wisdom tooth removed which caused parenthesis in the right side of my jaw bc the surgeon damaged a major nerve. It will never fully cure. I'm disgusted.

I have had multiple issues with this dental practice performing high dollar procedures not covered by insurance and not notifying me prior about the cost or insurance issue. This last issue pushed me over the edge. I requested my records and will not be going back. Because of them scheduling procedures too close together insurance will not cover the costs.
