Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Were you glad that you had the appointment with your provider? Mostly Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I love the massage chairs and they don't pressure you to do any uneccessary work and just chart what to keep an eye on, instead of insisting that it needs to be done now.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
