I have been seeing Dr Spano since 1999! Amazingly, I look forward to going to the dentist...he is the best! Always kind and considerate and his staff is great.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this office is. Starting with the front desk, the ladies were so attentive with getting me an appointment immediately and what worked for me traveling from Maryland. Then There is Dr. Spano... Office staff worked hard to reschedule appointment a half hour earlier in order to allow me to make other commitments. Explained billing to me so I Could understand insurance benefits. Dentists procedure was quick,painless and has fixed an on going issue previously miss by another Dentist. Thank you Southside
