Have been here many, many times and generally have a good experience. Tonight our waitress was very accommodating, hubby ordered salad and wings, i ordered chicken wing dip with pitas We waited, and waited, Nd waited....took over half hour to get our order It came out cold.....and i do mean ice cold, like out of the fridge in the center. I asked the waitress to heat it, she apologized, took it away....about 15 minutes lTer she returned, the dip was warm at best.... not hot, and the pita chips were cold and hard..... Called today to ask for a gift card and explained to whoever I spoke to that I had a 5 and 2 year old in the car & didn’t really want to drag them out of car to come inside and get it . The gentleman immediately said he would come out to me ! It’s gestures like this that make a small business reputable and worth coming back to! So thank you to the gentlemen who brought out the GC for me today so I could keep my kids in the vehicle and not bring them in , especially on a rainy day!

My husband had the Lobster Bisque and said it was the best ever! I had the buffalo dip it was delicious and they bread that came with it was amazing!
What are in these pale magical beasts? Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, oh so salty, covered in green flecks, they have this almost umami flavor that isn’t actually truffle. I officially crown them the King of Fries in Upstate NY.
food was good, service was horrible. might want to hire some more people. food took forever to come out, no plates, no utensils were given to us & no napkins were brought to us. we asked for a Pepsi & never got it. it wasn't worth the $80.00 the total came to, that's for sure. won't go back
Had a very strange experience here last week. Upon arrival there was no acknowledgement of our presence. Multiple servers and a bartender walked by us without a greeting or to ask if we’ve been helped. Eventually, we were noticed and sat outside. Out server did not seem happy to be helping us and was quite short. When we told her we needed a few more minutes to look at the menu, she did not return for over 20 minutes. The food and service are both great and they care about their customers! Had a mix up with doordash once (we all know that's a pain) and the manager personally fixed the problem fast and had the correct food brought right over! Try it you won't be disappointed. Also try the tenders/wings and all the amazing sauces they have
