Extremely trustworthy establishment! Our daughter is down here for college and we are over two hours away. So, unfortunately, we were unable to assess or assist when she had car trouble. After receiving an outrageous diagnosis and estimate from MIDAS I contacted Downtown Car Care for a second opinion. Not only did they provide a reasonable estimate for the damages that MIDAS claimed were present - once they had the vehicle in their possession, they reassessed the damages and found MIDAS was making fraudulent claims! I was dropping off my son at Purdue from Atlanta and on our drive the underbody splash shield dropped on his Honda Civic and was scrapping as we drove. Not knowing the area and in a panic I called Downtown Car Center and they said to bring it on in. Steve took a look and fastened with some screws and stated it was too easy to charge me anything. I feel better now leaving my son here in Indianapolis knowing there are still good honest people who care for one another. Thank you Steve!
