A friend recommended, and I had a great experience. Car stuff is always opaque and stressful, but their customer service was friendly, casual, nonjudgmental, and transparent. Downtown Car Care is always super transparent, takes care of what’s really needed, and have a super quick turnaround. Kathy up front is awesome. I’d recommend going here for any indy downtown residents.
