I took my new puppy here for her spay as a requirement from the rescue I got her from. I came early for our appointment and was given 1 page of paperwork. It then took another 30 minutes for them to get the puppy. I double-checked that I would be able to come get her towards the end of the day at 5:30 (before their closing time at 6pm) due to an appointment I had; they let me know it was fine. Absolutely horrible vet clinic. Do not go here. I scheduled my cats spay in the middle of Feb and they asked for a 50$ deposit. She didn’t mention that if I needed to cancel that I wouldn’t be able to get it back. My cat is starting to go into heat and I don’t want her to be uncomfortable or bleeding and I found a place that can take her sooner. I called back 2-3 days later asking for a refund. Super disappointed and upset, I never write reviews but today was a different situation. The website says 3:00 pm closing on Sunday’s, they put out a sign at 1:30 that they won’t take anymore pets. I drove 45 minutes to get my puppy her last shots, got there at 2:30 and they refused to take me and my puppy. Maybe if they answered the phone I would’ve known, but I called many times and they never answered... Terrible customer service, will be going to a different center. 👎🏼

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago to get my girl vaccinated today.I got a call this morning saying that I need to reschedule, with October 7 being the earliest.Seriously?
